Nampak’s UK non-dairy and Mainland plastic packaging business comprises three operations in the UK (Woburn Sands, Haltwhistle and Llantrisant), two in the Netherlands (Halfweg near Schiphol and Kerkrade near Maastrict), one in Belgium (Gent) and one in France (Montpont near Tournus). All these units produce blow moulded plastic containers and the main markets they serve are lubricating oils, agrochemicals and industrial chemicals.
被收购的Nampak运营的合并净资产价值为3160万英镑，2004年9月30日；他们的合并营业额和本年度的EBITDA分别为7700万英镑和600万英镑。
