Lake Shore to Exhibit Materials Characterization Systems at ICNS 2013

Lake Shore Cryotronicswill showcase its advanced systems for materials characterization at the 10th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors (ICNS), Aug. 26-28 in Washington, D.C., at Booth 16.

The ICNS conference features topical discussions, poster sessions and an industrial exhibit of scientific and technological advances in materials and devices based on group III-nitride semiconductors.
