LNM Grouphave won the race for the exclusive rights to negotiate the sale of Poland’s steel producer Polskie Huty Stali S.A. (PHS). In doing so they edged out competitors such as US Steel.
LNM were selected by the State Treasury of Poland after the Polish government decided to privatise PHS.
